This was really tasty! I served over rice pilaf with a side of broccoli. That being said, I think the amount of chicken stock is way too much and could be halved. Otherwise you'll be sitting there all day waiting for the sauce to reduce enough to be the right consistency. I ended up using corn starch. Additionally, the Parmesan is unnecessary really. Don't think it added much and you wouldn't need to use it if you didn't have it on hand. If you do use, I would also wait 'til the end to add it.
