Delicious and easy to make! My only issue was getting all the ingredients into the high speed blender, so I added the nuts, water, lemon juice and basil leaves, blended then added the spinach in 3 lots. I also added the pasta water, which worked nicely. Sprinkled the sun-dried tomatoes and a pinch of chilli flakes over, topped with grated homemade vegan Parmesan. Will definitely make this again
