Was really good. Didn't make sense to me to use 1/2 a stick of cream cheese AND half n half, So I just used the whole stick and omitted the half n half. I made this in about 45 minutes in an instant pot by putting chicken, broth, onions, chilies and seasonings on for 30 minutes. Then shredded the chicken, added the rest of the stuff and sauteed everything for another 10.
