Will give this another shot. Overall good, next time we'll try soaking the soy protein in just broth and adding the other components just to make the sauce. Our broth has a tomato element that mixed with the lemon during soaking was a little overwhelming to smell. Will use half the flour next time as well, way too much and ended up with overly thick sauce. Made it one dish by serving over pasta with sauteed green beans and sundried tomatoes mixed in.
