This was sooo good. I had Boneless Pork Chops on hand, so I cut those up into bite-sizes. We doubled the sauce recipe, using only 3 TBS of Sriracha sauce, and it was a little on the spicier side than what we liked. Next time, I'll only put in 2 TBS. I was surprised by the cucumber, since I've never cooked a cucumber, but it was great. It gave it a nice crunch. I'd imagine one could substitute zucchini. I'm trying to have my family eat healthier, and this fits the bill. It's not breaded and deep fried.
