The patties were very sticky. I ended up adding about a cup of bread crumbs to the meat to offset the stickiness and keep them intact during cooking. I also added some other spices like onion powder and Italian seasoning to give it more flavor. Will I make it again? Yes, but I will alter it just as much again to make it better.
