Thanks for the feedback Ryan. If you feel the oil is too much cut back to 1/8 cup of olive oil. And lessen the oil from the sun dried tomatoes in oil. Another tip is to use freshly grated Parmesan and it’s much more flavorful than canned or packaged cheese.
