I really liked this! The tortillas are delicious and and I don’t even miss an actual pizza crust. I added fat free cheddar to the fat free mozerella, it melts a little better. I also turned the oven to broil for the last few minutes to make the toppings golden and crispy.
I will say that this is an incredibly RICH dish! The second night I made it, I used only a couple of teaspoons of the ranch dressing because it’s pretty heavy with two tablespoons like the recipe calls for.
