← Replies in Fish Katsu (Panko Fried Fish) Recipe

It was pretty good as a technique as it was very crispy. However I did find it a bit bland and the fish I used made it with was a bit dry. I'd definitely try this technique again however I'd add more seasoning and use a different fish.
