I pressed the tofu in a papertowel under a heavy thing while I did the veggie prep
I started by cooking the garlic until fragrant
I crumbled the tofu into a bowl then added some cornstarch and garlic powder before adding it in with the garlic and mixing it up
Basically followed the other instructions but used different amounts.
Reduced sodium soy sauce but added more salt, less ginger (because I don't love it) and white sugar
