This is my first time trying this so i used enough ingridients for one portion. I think it turned out well. The base for this recipe is good. I would change some things, such as the amount of dates used in both the base layer and especialy in the frosting. If you like the cream cheese frosting in the traditional recipe then i really recommend to tone it down with the dates and use some lemon juice too. It turned out way too sweet for me but it's bareable. I will use less dates the next time. Also if you have a weaker blender or if you use a stick blender, this part is really important if you like it fine blended. Blend the nuts and dates first, then the rest of the ingridients. Also soak the nuts and dates in hot water.
