Add a can of diced tomatoes.
Use your favourite fresh herbs instead of dried mixed herbs.
Veggies that work in the gravy: carrot, pumpkin, sweet potato. Use 1 or a combo of all 3.
Serve with a green veggie: broccoli, broccolini, asparagus, green beans, green peas, brussel sprouts.
