Used an aluminum pan and it burned the sides and bottom before it was cooked through. Super thick. If I try again I will split it between two pans and cook less.

I don’t have aluminum pans so I cooked in a normal glass casserole dish and it turned out just fine.. not sure why the recipe indicated that aluminum was necessary
