These were good! We didn't try the dipping sauce just because we had them with a BBQ with lots of other things to dip in anyway. I think we might have put a little too much garlic in the butter, just because the corn flavour didn't quite punch as it would have if we'd oven roasted, but we'll definitely be making corn this way in future.
