← Replies in Gnocchi Pesto Pasta Salad Recipe

Needs more Parmesan, but it’s pretty good, and very easy. I’m not sure of it’s intended to be eaten hot or cold, but the gnocchi is a bit chewy cold. Doesn’t make a whole lot so may want to double the recipe.
