This was a new combination of flavors for me. I followed the rub exactly (the amounts are appropriate for 2lbs of salmon), it was ok. The salsa was a weird flavor combo to me though, perhaps I overdid the onion. Overall it was not the right balance of sweet to savory for me, and I probably won't be making this again as I have learned I prefer more savory than sweet salmon.
