Wow, this is sooo good! I added all the same spices as in the recipe, didn't have celery or peppers but had fresh onion. I appreciate and admire the planners that can have day old cornbread, but I'm not a planner so I just over baked my cornbread and it did not get soggy! Whomever thought up the mixture of spices for this sauce is a genius! Amazing. Will make again.
