I finally made these.My only suggestion would be to get skinny cucumbers. You might want to buy the peeler that has the longer peel blade. Instead of using sesame seeds, I got the kroger brand of the saltless, everything bagel. I would suggest patience while trying to make this. Drying the cucumber does help a lot. But next time, I will be whipping the cream cheese with the saltless, everything bagel flavoring. Also, this entire recipe only made me about 24 pieces. So if you are going to have them at an event (which I highly recommend these for) I would double or even quadruple the size.
