Adjusted servings to 6 instead of 4- went well, except the turkey I used was 99% lean; couldn't find the 97% lean the recipe calls for, will look for that next time, since it was just a little bland before the cheese and lemon juice was added at the end. Overall very good and largely allergen free (if you leave off the feta cheese for dairy allergies, and can handle black pepper). Will be making again; very filling. :)
