I do have to give fair warning that I diverged off the recipe a bit- use curry powder instead of all the individual spices cause I'm on a budget and threw in some dark chocolate, and Red curry paste I had in the fridge lol,, bit it still turned out great!!! It also made like 10 servings for me which is amazing cause I got all the ingredients ((minus the individual soices)) for less then 30$, definitely a make a again and one day I'll get all the proper spices lol
I didn't blend anything, and just let it simmer on low heat for a good hour or so whiched helped it thicken up more without blending !! Which one less dish is always a win in my book
