We loved this dish. I tweaked a few things that, for us, made it even better. Based on a previous note, I added some 2% milk (we didn't have heavy cream) to make it more moist, and threw in some frozen peas (added a nice "pop" to the mouth when you eat them), extra cherry tomatoes (as in someone's earlier note) and some diced mushrooms. We used a deeper baking pan since these added items would have overflowed the usual 9x12 pan we usually use. I baked for the full time specified in the recipe, as the added items also needed that time to fully cook. Finally, I used a block of feta cheese as per the recipe but next time I think I will use the crumbled feta as that would be easier to stir when you have to take the casserole out of a very hot oven. We give this recipe 5 stars.
