Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425f
Step 2
Grease a 9x12 baking dish
Step 3
Wash and chop your spinach
Step 4
To your baking dish, add feta cheese, tomatoes, spinach, oil, garlic, seasonings, drizzle with oil then add dry orzo, chicken and broth
Step 5
Stir so the orzo is completely covered by the liquid
Step 6
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes
Step 7
Take it out and mix it well
Step 8
Bake for an additional 20 minutes
Step 9
When it’s done, stir again and slowly fold in 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
