This recipe was so unassuming but unbelievably good!! The miso and garlic completely transform the cero nevo (and I even managed to find actual rainbow and large, unprocessed cavolo nero) and tenderstem broccoli into this delicious, thick.. i dont even know how to describe it. But it was amazing.
Topped with chili oil and crisy onions, this will easily become a go to. May have to water the sauce down a bit more next time though!
