I did alter the recipe to use ground lamb instead of whole for cost effectiveness, lamb steaks are expensive. So i used the ground lamb to make kofta kebabs, seasoned perfectly. The kebabs cook for 15 to 20 minutes rather than 30 so its also shorter cook time. Took the kebab meat off the stick and put it inside mini naan pieces. I made it with a dill raita and roasted Broccoli in tahini. 1000 percent reccomend putting the dill raita on these it was phenomenal. Like a sour cream on tacos but with dill and onion and Cucumber, compliments the lamb perfectly. I will definitely make again. I think it's a good healthier option than tacos.
