Made it on the stove and needed to cook the peas for atleast 40-45 minutes, and could've cooked it longer. Next time I'll make it in my pressure cooker and add a bit more sausage. Had double the amount of creole spice and a bit of light soy sauce and spiskummin. Used frozen peas, carrots and spinach instead of collard greens. Very good. Tasted healthy :)
