in Baked Gochujang Chicken Thighs and Broccoli Recipe

Very tasty. I possibly used the wrong type of gochujang as it charred a bit. Would cook at 180 for 35 mins in future. Did some broccoli, peppers, baby potato and courgette to make it a sheet pan dinner.
