UPDATE: After slow cooking for 8 hours and then an additional 10 minutes in the pressure cooker on high the consistency was perfect. I like my lentils mushy so maybe it's just me 🤷 Now that I know how to make it will definitely make again lol. Added homemade vegan feta The taste tests are great so far but definitely does NOT take 30 minutes. I sat stirring the lentils on the stove for maybe 2 hours before just throwing it in my slow cooker. Gonna leave it overnight and update in the morning. I used a bag of dried lentils

Yeah I'm starting to think this is a me problem lol. My store only sold one kind which is brown lentils
