This was so delicious. I looked at other reviews and doubled the sauce and cooked zucchini, broccoli and onion.. it wasn’t very good. BUT the chicken and fabulous! I used chicken breast instead of thigh and it was still good, flavorful and not dry! My 2 year old devoured it. If you don’t make veggies, it is still a good idea to make extra sauce for the rice if desired. Sharing this recipe and definitely making again.
