This was everything I want from a sweet and spicy meal, so glad I found this recipe!
I used lavender honey and it was AMAZING but I guess any honey will taste great.
Will definitely be making this again

REALLY GOOD. Follow recipe as described and it should be spot on. If you like spice (like me), definitely increase the red pepper. I don’t LOVE cilantro but I used it because it was recommended and it works wonderfully here - sometimes when “changing” recipes you have to be careful because you go from balanced to unbalanced. I usually try recipes as described first and then make changes.

Eyeballing spice amounts and added twice as much minced garlic. Definitely making this again!

Loved it! I added 4 tablespoons of honey, omitted the cilantro, and served it with white rice and steamed veggies. Definitely a new family favorite
