I don't have pictures but this is PERFECTION - you seriously need to try this with your next dumpling/gyoza night! Had it in a restaurant where the sauce was in the bottom of the pan, with a beautiful array of gyoza flipped upside down with this crust on top that you'd crack into - *chefs kiss*. Just that extra oomf you'll have once and never go back from.
