Instructions
Step 1
In a small jug mix together skirt ingredients; flour, cornstarch, water and pinch of salt.
Step 2
In a non-stick pan, heat oil on medium heat and fry frozen dumplings (do not thaw) until the bottoms turn golden (2-3 mins).
Step 3
Give water mix another stir and use the lid of the pan to shield yourself as your pour the mix all over the dumplings evenly, then place lid on.
Step 4
Cook with lid on 6-7 minutes until almost all water is evaporated. Then take lid off cook until skirt turns golden brown, rotating the pan as needed for even browning.
Step 5
Turn the heat off and drain off any excess oil. Place a plate on top and carefully flip over so dumplings are on then plate - it should release with no problems. Enjoy!
