I cooked the broccoli in the air fryer having placed it previously in a bowl containing olive oil, garlic powder, and tamari and mixed it till all the broccoli was covered. It added a definite umami edge to the end result which when the broccoli was cooked I heightened by a splash of lemon juice and Maggi liquid seasoning before adding it to the main dish. After cooking I sprinkled the risotto with a little chilli oil to give a little heat.
