It was OK but found the lentils were soggy despite draining for ages I wonder if tinned may be better. Didn't store well for lunches. Won't make this version again but will continue to hunt for a tasty one.

I always use canned and drained lentils, they have perfect texture and keep well. Plus the unbeatable convenience. This recipe is a favorite for us, but i only make it in peak tomato seazon ;)
