Super easy ciabatta recipe, and sooo much better than in the shops. I think i forgot oil but it wasnt noticed 😅
Probably didnt get enough rising time because our flat is quite cold, and I'll leave it for a final rise on the sheets before baking next time, but still delicious even if they're a bit flat!!
