Adding this to the weekly meal prep routine because they are soo good. I'm not usually a fan of nutritional yeast because of the weird-not-quite cheesy-but-too-cheesy flavour, but combined with the black salt they're not lying when they say it actually tastes like eggs - with a slightly different texture (but that's to be expectedif it doesn't /actually/ have eggs).
Mine didn't turn out too pretty, but I was lazy and cut the shortcrust into squares and just squished the long bits. Easy and shortcut friendly recipe. Can't wait to play with more flavours!
UPDATE: These keep for about 5 days in the fridge before they go off - don't do like we did and forget they were in the fridge and think they'd still be good - freeze a bunch!!
