I loved this. Great flavor and not hard to make at all. I didn't need the pasta water as it was plenty saucy without it. Comes together very quickly. Next time I will have everything prepped before I start cooking. Was a tad bit too spicy for me but not my Mexican husband, will add a little less chipotle. This will be a repeat in our house for sure.
