Overall, I loved the combination of ingredients and flavors here. I would definitely cook the sweet potatoes differently next time around. I cooked mine for longer than instructed, and potatoes still weren't fully soft. Better to just boil them. Also, the flavor of the potatoes was just ok. I do think I'd prefer the fall spices added into them, like someone else suggested, as they'd pair well with the sweetened dressing. The entire recipe took much longer than 25 minutes, as the brown rice takes a long time to cook, and they don't factor that into the cooking time. Overall, I really like this recipe, with some minor adjustments.
