Listen to the cook when they say to use fresh cheese over pre-shredded! If you’re worried about making a mess with the mozzarella, pop it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes before you’re ready to shred. It’ll harden up and makes it sooo much easier to work with!
Pasta cooked great for me! For those comments about pasta taking too long, y’all probably didn’t add enough water or have your heat on high enough. A hard simmer is basically a light boil.
