I am confused by the ingredient "three cherry tomato vines". Are you saying all the cherry tomates on a vine as sold (which in my experience would be about 15 to 20) or are you using the vines themselves as a type if herb? I have heard of the latter being done, but I don't ever remember seeing a recipe that called for it.

Sorry for any confusion. Yes, I used about 20 cherry tomatoes. I mentioned ‘on the vine’ because it’s easier to grill them that way.

Thanks. I would have totally assumed that except for the fact that you are British, or British influenced based on "courgette and aubergine" instead of zucchine and eggplant, and I can never be sure what's emerging in different places.
