Absolutely delicious. Timing can be a bit tricky due to being so quick and the way the instructions are laid out, but the result was beautiful.
I cooked some broccoli in the sauce before adding cream, parmesan, and thickener, which worked great and complimented the other flavours. If you find you've cooked the chicken too quickly, putting them aside in tin foil isn't a bad idea.
