These were easy to make, and I followed the recipe exactly, except for the spices. I added a lot of black pepper and a Kingsford Garlic and Herb seasoning. Frankly, it could have used more seasoning... I don't use salt in my recipes. Served them with salsa and sour cream. Pretty tasty. Very dense... I filled up the muffin pans all the way. I also baked them for about 35 minutes. Will I make it again? Yep, but it wouldn't be a go-to.
