Very tender and flavorful! I ended up using chuck roast for the meat. I used around 2.5 packets of Sazón Goya between the searing of the beef and making the sauce. It turned out a little soupy so I would probably reduce the broth to only .5 cups or so next time. Served with rice and tostones.
