Smells and tastes amazing. My husband loves this. Definitely making again and adding to the rotation. I didn’t add paprika because we don’t like that stuff. I added a big onion because my husband loves onions. Added jalapeño peppers because my husband loves hot stuff. Added extra cheese too because we love cheese in our house. Also I didn’t let it simmer for 15 minutes. The cheese melted just fine stirring it and letting it bubble up.
