Okay, I was super skeptical but dang, even my bf loved them! They're easier to make than normal pancakes and don't give you the immediate ick feeling after eating them. Will definitely make these regularly. :)
tip - Make them quite small, think silver dollar. They're delicate and will fall fall apart and not cook all the way if you make them usual pancake size.
