Delicious salad.  I used fresh coriander as well as parsley, and next time I’ll use more paprika.  The dressing was just perfect - really nice lime flavour.  I won’t use so much garlic as the recipe states next time, but that’s a family preference.  Great for taking to Auberge Espagnol évents (this a French version of what I think I understand as a pot luck supper where everyone brings a dish to share 🤔).
