Cooked the rice separately. Used 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar instead of white wine. Didn't add any red pepper flakes. Put the peppers in after the beans and let it simmer. Delicious!!! My family loves it. I've been in a rut cooking the same stuff over and over again. I found this app, and this is the first recipe I've made. I'm super happy!
