Great, made an extra mango layer using the other layers as a guide - I used tinned, but fresh or frozen would be nicer. Thre colours looked nice andtm the extra layer was enough to double the number of serves for prepped breakfasts. Lacked a little complexity, despite the macha, but hey, breakfast sorted and pretty clean.
