I had to replace the pablano peppers with green chilies (out of stock at the store I went to) also added a can of corn and air fried so chicken thighs with salt, onion powder, garlic powder and chili powder, cut it up and put it in the mix after cooking the onions, garlic and chilies. We also used medium enchilada sauce. It was very easy, the longest part was prepping it. My whole family enjoyed it.
