Hits the spot for something sweet when dieting! First time I made these I used all coconut oil and while it was fine, I personally don't like THAT much coconut flavor. Second time making these I did 1/3 cup of butter with 3 TB of oil and they were perfect! Had to bake them for 30 minutes total, as they were still raw in the middle after 20 minutes. Overall they're very good.
