This was great! Changes made: used butter instead of ghee, sour cream instead of coconut milk and chicken breasts instead of thighs. It was what I had on hand. Delicious!! The breast takes longer to cook than thigh so take that into consideration if replacing. I cut my breast into pieces and then cooked it. You could also try pounding it flat if you want to keep the meat intact. Served on rice, husband raved. Yum!
